Digital driver instruction – user friendly digital learning platform with automated processes
Most fleet managers still expect the physical presence of the driver during the UVV. While this may be feasable for small fleets with only a handful of drivers, it can quickly become time- and cost-intensive for a larger fleet. By using the Carano e-learning platform, fleet managers can organise and carry out the UVV without much long-term planing or the presence of the drivers.
Driver import and automated invitation
Data of drivers can be entered manually or via import. Appointments are then automatically generated and sent via e-mail.
How it works
In five sections, drivers are instructed on every aspect of how to handle company vehicles and dangerous situations safel. A final test ensures that all the information is learnt efficiently.
Documentation
After successful completion, a read-only file is stored in the system, easily accessible to the fleet manager. Upon sucessful completion of the course a certificate is issued.
Assessment, reminder and certificate
The fleet manager is provided an overview of the appointments and status of the tests. In the case of missed appointments, reminders are emailed to drivers and fleet manager.
